At WT Group, the contributions of women professionals have been integral to our success since the beginning. When my grandfather, WT Group co-founder Donald R. Triphahn, passed away unexpectedly, his wife, Barbara, was instrumental in carrying on her husband’s vision, helping to lay the foundations for the growing, multi-disciplinary organization we are today. So, we are pleased to see that a growing number of engineering businesses are empowering the talent and perspectives of female professionals, and we are proud to be among them.
Together, let us celebrate the achievements, talent, and determination of all females in the engineering field, and the unique perspectives they bring to their teams and culture.
