He oversees daily operations, client interactions, contract preparation, job bids, billing follow-ups, and quality control for all data and drawings generated by the office. Quint’s leadership ensures that every project meets the highest professional standards, from initial bidding to final deliverables.

Quint began his surveying career in 1981, advancing from Chainman to Crew Leader. In 1992, his father founded Burks Land Surveying, and Quint took over ownership in 2010. As the owner for over a decade, Quint has honed his expertise in boundary reconciliation, construction staking, topographical surveys, and zoning exhibits. His technical proficiency spans advanced tools such as Carlson GPS and CADD, making him adept at managing complex projects with precision and efficiency.
