Todd joined WT Group, Civil Engineering in 2004. He performs and oversees site design for various architect, local government and commercial development projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University, which gave him the ability to lead drainage and watershed studies/modeling that include the FEMA application process.
Todd has previous professional experience with the Indiana Department of Transportation and other civil engineering firms.
