The redevelopment of this BP gas station showcased our expertise in overcoming site constraints, adhering to strict municipal design requirements, and meeting innovative client program demands. Initially based on a prototype AM/PM convenience store, the project evolved to feature a custom Maverick c-store and a state-of-the-art car wash, all designed to align with the new client image.
Despite numerous site constraints necessitating various adaptations, our team led the project to success. By collaborating closely with the client and coordinating efforts with internal and external sub-consultants, we delivered a project that not only met but exceeded expectations.
