Morizzo’s Funeral Home

This project consisted of approximately 1 acre development with 15,000 s.f.building, parking for 50 vehicles, retaining walls and detention pond. WT Group provided, conceptual design services, zoning, building design, program management, land surveying, Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing design and civil engineering. This project was challenging due to the terrain and drainage patterns. The site work required a permit from the MWRD. WT Group worked with the owner, Village, contractor and MWRD in order to provide site access as well as maximize the site in keeping with all applicable code requirements.
