Solutions provided include Design & Program Management, MEP, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and CORE Survey. Below is a list of five locations supported, along with details specific to the individual projects. Each location in Texas included a new construction 3100 sq ft building with dine-in, drive-thru, and outdoor seating.

West Monroe, Louisiana

Based on corporate drawing standards, WT Group assisted Freddy's with this remodel that included initial construction drawings, permitting, and construction project administration during the course of construction. The design incorporated much of the existing structure while bringing existing rooms up to code compliance. Added features included corporate compliant standard signage, drive-thru menu systems, and a remodel of Freddy’s kitchen and dining room.

Lufkin, Texas

WT Group was able to fit their corporate standard site plan on a property of minimal size while meeting municipal standards and requirements.

Nacogdoches, Texas

This site included the design of a new Freddy’s Restaurant on an existing church property with detention. With the project being sensitive to neighbors, WT Group worked with the municipality to satisfy those concerns by offering additional landscaping, wood privacy fence and night-sky lighting.

Little Elm & Princeton, Texas

Design of a new Freddy’s Restaurant on an existing vacant PUD property. Worked with developer, municipality and public works closely to be sure the proper
consideration was given to the surrounding gas, electric, sanitary and storm systems.
