Venuti’s Banquet Hall

This project consisted of approximately 2 acre development with 40,000 s.f. building, parking for 75 vehicles, and outdoor patio. This project was challenging due to the terrain and drainage patterns. The site work required permits from the Village and IEPA. WT Group worked with the owner, Village, Architect, and Contractor in order to provide site access as well as maximize the site in keeping with all applicable code requirements.
