The structural renovation of this former Bank of America building transforms a historic commercial space into a vibrant mixed-use destination, blending modern functionality with its original architectural character. This adaptive reuse project introduces a combination of businesses, including a rooftop dining and gathering area, a coffee shop, a design studio, an ice cream shop, a jewelry store, and additional retail and commercial spaces. By reimagining the building’s purpose, the renovation fosters community engagement and economic growth while preserving key historic elements. Once a financial institution, this space is now being revitalized into a thriving hub where dining, shopping, creativity, and social interaction come together in the heart of the community.
