Phase II continues the mission of providing permanent supportive recovery housing for individuals in the Michigan Drug Court System. Designed to create a safe, stable environment that fosters long-term recovery, this project consists of two multifamily apartment buildings totaling 24,900 square feet, with 26 dwelling units.
The development meets the mandatory requirements of the 2020 National Green Building Standard and achieves a minimum “Silver +Zero Energy” certification, ensuring high energy efficiency and sustainability.
Andy’s Place II holistically supports addiction recovery through stable housing, comprehensive services, and community. This second phase builds on the success of the first, reinforcing our commitment to innovative recovery-focused housing in Michigan.
