The project includes a remodel of the existing lobby and bar space within the Las Brisas Hotel. The renovation, covering approximately 1,800 square feet, enhanced both functionality and aesthetics. Key improvements included:

• Construction of a new ADA-compliant restroom to improve accessibility.
• Window modifications and replacements to enhance natural light and exterior appeal.
• Installation of PSL beams, columns, and footings for structural reinforcement.
• Revisions to the existing shear wall, incorporating new openings for improved spatial flow.
• Addition of a mechanical room to support updated building systems.
