The project is a petroleum facility that is comprised of auto islands, convenience store and diesel islands. WT Group’s scope of work included full service design from site, building, signage, and equipment layout. Every material, both interior and exterior, was selected to complement one another. Every sign is designed to further enhance the adventure. The building tells 2 stories. The southern portion has deep reddish brown brick and hunter green standing seam awnings. The earth tones are continued in the selection of the cabinet and counter top finishes. The northern portion of the building has a stone base, lighter neutral cream tones of brick and brushed nickel standing seam awnings. This clean, light, airy design reflects the clean, well-stocked gondola shelves and walk in cooler. The center of the building contains the entry tower that uses the stone base and tapered columns, accents of the deep colored brick, neutral color of EIFS and uses both the hunter green and brushed nickel standing seam material. This center element provides clarity of entry and marries both halves of the building. The exterior elements of wood and stone are brought into the building and the site is further unified by use of the stone and brick at the canopy columns and use of the EIFS on all light pole bases. The overall impression of the facility is to make a statement via the use of high quality materials, and of commitment to offering our customers fresh robust products, creating a unique, on site experience that is further enhanced through great customer support and a well maintained, clean and fully stocked facility.
